Terms of Service Welcome to HeavierRental. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of our heavy equipment rental services located at Ajax, ON, Canada. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. #### Use of Equipment Our equipment is provided for lawful construction and industrial activities only. You agree to use the equipment in a manner consistent with applicable laws and safety standards. At HeavierRental, we expect users to have the necessary expertise to handle the machinery responsibly. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper licenses and training to operate the rented equipment effectively. #### Rental Periods and Extensions Equipment rentals are offered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The rental period will be specified in your rental agreement. Should you require an extension beyond the agreed duration, please contact us immediately. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges at our standard rates. #### Equipment Condition and Maintenance HeavierRental guarantees that all equipment is provided in good working order upon delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines during the rental period. Any damage or loss must be reported promptly. Upon return, equipment will be inspected for functionality and any damages may result in repair costs being charged to you. #### Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand circumstances may arise, and we'll make efforts to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests. ##### Liability and Indemnification HeavierRental shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use rented equipment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeavierRental from any claims resulting from improper use of our rented equipment. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HeavierRental regarding our services. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and business practices.
